It purchases and holds land in its Land bank portfolio as inventory for development. It values land as a secure financial product and treats acquisition of land as a safe mode for economic and social gain.

SEC brings equity and development opportunities as one of principal owners. SEC creates value during the holding period by repackaging, theming, obtaining necessary approvals and carryout out various studies to validate its concepts for development.
