Hashwin Ganieh

Hashwin and his wife Priyanka both have participated with Mr. Firoz Shroff in various Social entrepreneurial projects both in time and financial resources. Both have social, volunteer,  business and philanthropic background while working in India, Thailand and other Far Eastern Countries with command in several languages.

He is a futurist who is passionate about emerging technologies, post-secondary education, youth skill development, immigration, social equity and actualization of human potential. His unique international experience has blessed him with a large network of international friends from diverse backgrounds with whom he has forged strong bonds of friendship and kinship. He is the recipient of various awards such as City of Toronto International Student Excellence for professional achievementfrom the late mayor of Toronto, Mr. Rob Ford and is a two-time recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II graduate award for science and technology at the University of Toronto. He is also an active member of the Liberal party of Canada and United Nations Association in Canada, Toronto (UNACTO).
