Estate". SEC is a Global Private Equity Group based in North America
with a wealth of International Business expertise in a niche Real Estate
sector focused at land banking in providing capital and structuring
transactions to benefit all stakeholders.
SEC plays the role of consulting and principal in all Real Estate
transactions and has Global resources to invest its own capital and
invite other partners i.e. HNWI, Sovereign Funds, Private Equity, Hedge
Funds, Family Offices, Shareholders Activist, Public Listed, Real Estate
Developer, REITS, Investment Banking Firms, CPA and Attorneys to raise
equity. SEC also promotes and pre-sells projects to its Global Network
of Investors. SEC
recognizes opportunities and creates values through its Knowledge,
Information and Tacit Experience (KITE). This
unique approach to acquisition, pre-selling and attracting joint venture
partners predicts success.
It purchases and holds land in its Land bank portfolio as inventory for
development. It values land as a secure financial product and treats
acquisition of land as a safe mode for economic and social gain.
SEC and its global partners apply various disruptive innovation models
that can generate constant positive returns from its Land bank holdings.
SEC brings equity and development opportunities as one of principal
owners. SEC creates value during the holding period by repackaging,
theming, obtaining necessary approvals and carryout out various studies
to validate its concepts for development. It than partners for part sale
or joint venture arrangement with developers locally or globally. SEC
also proves underwriting for public listing
SEC is the largest of the Sponsor's business activities. It operates in
a very niche arena and focuses on real estate development practice. The
Group has successfully advised on projects in the SAARC Region and
collaborated and participated on projects in the U.K., Singapore, United
States, Gibraltar, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Australia and New Zealand.
More than six million square feet of real estate development and
construction have been included in the Group's portfolio. SEC has
expertise in design, construction, partnering and co-venturing,
financial restructuring, advice on mergers & acquisitions, and general
counsel on the direction of real estate projects.

SEC also operates an entrepreneurial private equity group and formulates
special purpose hedge funds that invests, consults and manages
investments in Public Listed Companies on various stock exchanges. The
principals are from the Aga Khan community. The group has participated
in M & A transactions valued cumulatively over 10 figures. In
partnership with professional managers globally, SEC also buys-into
businesses, debt and distress assets to add value through its own
benchmark process. SEC has access to 10 figure funds and deal
structuring with social responsible initiatives.
